This small book was published in 1890 by the son of Marshal Ney, the Duc D'Echlingen.
His son published the book to answer critics of his father's part in the Waterloo campaign. It is often quoted
It contains an introduction by the Duc, copies of many relevant orders in the camapign and a letter from Ney's ADC Captain Héymes.
I often see it for sale on the internet usually highly over priced, poorlys canned copies of the original. There has been one version of the book fully reset.
Many of its quotes and orders have been published in English in various books, but as far as I know it has never been fully translated into English in its entirety.
